Conditions of Use
Gift Certificates are not refundable but are transferable. Gift Certificates must not be offered as prizes or resold or used for any commercial purpose including promotions of any supplier or any supplier’s products or services without prior written permission from Sydney By Seaplane. Gift Certificates must be redeemed within 12 months of the date issues and the flight must take place within the 12 months.

Cancellation Policy
All flights are subject to assessment by the Pilot In Command of the weather and water conditions. Inclement weather will not necessarily result in the cancellation of any flight - including but not limited to, beach picnics, scenic flights, charters and restaurant transfers. Date/time changes or cancellations require 48 hours notice in advance of departure time to avoid forfeiture of the Certificate. Cancellation based on weather forecasts by confirmed passengers are not accepted. In the event of flight cancellations due to actual weather conditions or aircraft unserviceability we will reschedule your flight.
